HOW WILL YOU COME
Place the coordinates 40.733209, 22.903572 on your GPS, in case you cannot come with coordinates you will head west of the Oreokastro stadium (forest road extension of Alexandrou Ypsilanti from the KEP)
DOG BOOK
You should always have the dog's ID card with the Microchip number and all necessary vaccinations with you. You will be asked by the race vet.
EQUIPMENT
Necessary and mandatory equipment for the canicross Belt (belt) for the waist, Leash (strap) rubber 2m and Harness (samaraki) for the dog and for Bikejoring and scooter helmet and antenna. Equipment is not mandatory in the FUN category

The start will be given every 30". In a special case such as a large participation, the start will be given every 15". A table will be posted with the start time of each athlete, which must be observed. The starting order will be the order of registration for the race.

FUN 2,5Κ
Participation in the FUN category is FREE, and individuals aged 7 and above can run either alone or with an escort. The race follows all the conditions outlined in the regulations. The route is a circular 2,5km path with a difficulty level of 1 (max. 5), and participants finish where they started. It is an easy route, particularly suitable for those who wish to run for the first time and become familiar with running alongside their dogs. The terrain is especially soft, providing a comfortable running experience without fatigue and hardship for the dog. Timing is conducted normally, as in all Canicross races. START NOW. Give your dog the opportunity to run with you in a unique experience.
The route is 2km, and the difficulty level is 1.
PARTICIPATION COST: FREE
(Registration includes: Medal for the top 3 finishers and a Commemorative Certificate for all other participants.)

SPORT 4,6Κ
The SPORT section has all the conditions based on the regulation. The route is circular 4,6km with difficulty level 2 (max. 5) and the athletes finish where they started. It is an easy route and especially friendly for those who would like to run for the first time and get used to running with their dog. Timing is done normally as in all Canicross races. Necessary and mandatory equipment Belt (belt) for the waist, Leash (strap) elastic 2m and Harness (samaraki) for the dog. Athletes who bring a time under 5 paces qualify for the World Championships in Italy in 2024
